Jim Lewis, Ph.D.


 Jim founded the Lewis Institute in 1981, and is the CEO. He was an  electrical engineer for 15 years, designing communications equipment,  before earning a doctorate in psychology. He also became a certified  Integral Coach® in 2008. 

Alan Letton, Ph.D.


 Dr. Letton has a wide range of experience as a university dean, head of a  nonprofit, President of a Corporation, and Consultant to numerous  companies on topics such as chemical engineering, product development,  ethics, and diversity. 

Chris Dickson, MBA


 Chris is an electrical engineer with extensive experience in process  improvement both in industry and professional practices. He also teaches  project management and leadership seminars for the Lewis Institute. 

Sharon Blanchard, MOL, CAPM


 Sharon's Master of Organizational Leadership is combined with  certification in the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, which we use  to help teams improve their brainpower, communicate more effectively,  and be more creative.  

Kerry Ahrend, MS, PMP


 Kerry is a coach, consultant, and trainer specializing in project  management, team building, and communication. She is a PMP (Project  Management Professional) and coaches individuals who also want to earn  their certification.
